«Wonderful directing on display here, with the sleek cuts and transitions between the narrator and his tale. The music was also superb and added an indispensable layer of authenticity, if you will, to the whole film. Finally, I have to say once again that the film's opening is jaw-droppingly grand--it's just so powerfully atmospheric.»
Jekyll and Hyde (Part 1)
«It's the little things for me that make Jekyll and Hyde come alive. The fog was a masterstroke to breathe life into this gritty tale as was the distinctive narration and pacing. You really did your homework and it certainly shows in this piece.
I can't wait to see how this story unfolds. Roll on Part 2 my man!»
«I lap up anything with leather armchairs, fireside narration and a period setting, so you can imagine how thrilled I was to see this setting explored by one of my favourite machinimators. The visuals were glorious, I've been planning something like this myself but could never hold a candle (nor a gaslight) to this. Like all the best Victorian horror films, you're never sure if it's foggy or if you've got cataracts. The transition from skull to face at the beginning was awesome. Make with part 2!!»
