«i used highest reso for the raw movie from the game but low encoding resolution. and since when i made my last movies i had an athlon xp firstname.lastname@example.org ghz, it was a real bad system to work with(editing and encoding). now that i have a quad there wil be improvements i guess.»
Manbear Episode 1: The Beginning
«I have to agree with many of the comments below. It was smartly edited and pretty amusing. The one thing I haven't seen mentioned is the the apparent low resolution of the video. I'm not sure if that was done via the Vegas output or The Movies. You might want to make sure you render at the highest quality. Also, I haven't worked with TM for a while but I do recall one initial graphic setting that would default back to a lower quality if TM crashed and you restarted it. »
«An amusing short film, well edited and with good use of costumes.
I will say, however, that if you're going to use this much text you should really try and spell everything properly. One or two mistakes is one thing, but enough of them in a row and it starts to look sloppy- and even though this is a comedy, the rest is well-made enough that it seems out of place.
Despite that, I definitely look forward to more of Manbear's adventures, such as they are. »
«Haha, good work. very original idea with some great editing techniques, camera angles and awesome music selections - fitted just perfectly. It was really fast-paced, and although I like that, it was difficult to know exactly what was going on. I know it was just the first episode, but I'd probably call that an introduction or origin story rather than an episode because nothing really has happened to Manbear so far.
Overall, I really enjoyed it. Great fun little flick, nice work. Keep on filming
