«Loved it thefirst time. Remake was pretty awsome as well. Cant wait to see the conclusion.»
Death's Door 2011
I have to say, it suffered a bit because you did all the voices. You should really get on the TMU forums and ask for VOs. Your work is impressive enough that I'm sure people will help out (even if it's not your commercial work).
At the risk of sounding like a pompous twat (Moi?) couple of things I didn't like:
It was very, very dark at times. I watched it in daylight hours and sometimes it was just a black screen. I'll re-watch it after the sun goes down and see, but you shouldn't expect that of your audience really.
The (what I'm guessing was the AE shatter) effect was nice, but the identical sound sting got a bit samey. Would have been nice to mix it up a tad.
The Moviesstorm sequences were great, but they were just too... I dunno... Moviestorm-ish. It's very obvious that you know your stuff , so look into tweaking that. All CGI stuff looks cgi (whether it's MS, iClone or The Movies) until you give it your own look.
I'm guessing you know what I mean?
From watching your stuff, I get that you like your VFX. Sometimes a simple Curves can work wonders
