«an excellent story, well told. Sterling Stuff »
«I thought this was terrific, ClonePoser. The roboVO didn't irritate me much (I stopped noticing it after a while) and the piece itself hung together so well. It was like a good sci-fi short story, expertly and succinctly realised on-screen. It's one thing to construct a narrative such as this (no easy task in itself) and quite another to execute it so adroitly. Really enjoying your work.»
«A good story with some great special effects. A true sci-fi film.
The voices were what killed it for me. I agree that the electronic voice was not only monotone but rushed. A slower speech and less 'tin' sound would have worked great. As Killian pointed out, with your abilities to produce quality films, therre would be no loack of voice support from the community.
Otherwise, I enjoyed the film. The story was believable. Nice work.»
«This was a very exceptional piece for it grabbed us from the very beginning and we were along for the ride. The movie was brillianly shot with fantastic cameras. The sound effects were on the mark! There wasn't a single spot where anything lagged. I'm in agreement with Killian..... for the kind of work you are doing, you would best do justice to movies of this caliber with appropriate Voice Actors. Overall, I throughly enjoyed this movie and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!
«Have to say, I wasn't thrilled with the electronic voices, though (with work of this quality, you'd have no problem getting VO artists, that's for sure!); the monotone voice of the narrator really irritated me after a while and did detract from my enjoyment of the film; the rest were OK, but from my personal viewpoint, it would have been so much better with different voicing.
That said, it's the only criticism I have of what is a brilliantly filmed, excellently scripted and fantastically visual production. Definately worth watching and highly recommended!
We have so few Poser productions around, and this is definately one that's worth watching... over and over again! Really nice work!»
