«Good story though a little slow pace for me. 4 stars.»
«Wonderful film Gilga!
Very nice art-house movie. Great story, lovely camera work and fantastic narration. One little nit pick for me was the subtitles. They were white and you couldn't see them when placed on a white object in the film's footage. But apart from that, A wonderful film.

«Amazing...Amazing...Amazing...Amazing...Been dying for a great Art House film...coming across this was what I needed...This was astounding in every little aspect like i couldn't believe how extraordinary it could get. Ofcourse you think "yeah, they're probably ghost or he is" but it truly grasp the meaning of "super-natural". I loved the burden he carried once he fell inlove with her, and despite he worried for his family back home he couldn't help be taken by her beauty.
I loved that he wanted to belong, that the idea that the people might be omens didnt scare him...it made him sad & distanced like he didn't question their existence more of long for their attention. His heart was a big factor. The backstory was awesome & didn't go on it compacted the essential material for everything that was needed.
one little teeenie tiny morsal that bother me (but has not effect on how i feel about this movie) were the subtitle color (lame note huh lol) seriously it was on-time but white really made it complicated at times (Yellow italic wouldve gave it that gloss)
But...Amazinnnnnnggg...awe inspiring favorite that really really drives me to the Art House. Definitely one of my favorite films so far. 5 out 5 »
«The movie won a lot of prizes on the French community film competition, and it was well diserve. Gilga is a great filmmakr and a great scriptwriter (he wrote, with riggs, the script of my next fantasy movie: Tale of a soul, also called Hybris).
I'm happy to see that people from TMU like this movie too, the movie that signed your return in movie making.

«What a story?
This movie is drenched in that Gilga atmosphere I've been craving for so long. Camera and music are beautiful as always. And what a narration. I loved the voice even though I couldn't understand what's being said. (Ah, French...) Everything work together perfectly in telling of this extraordinary story.
The ending was absolutely mind-boggling. Stunning, surreal, thought-provoking. Sadly happy and happily sad... »
«Brilliant work, captivating from start to finish. I really liked the camerawork, and the visuals were top-notch. I also like how you made the projected images slightly transparent. For once the greenscreen bleeding through was a good thing lol. I liked the sound design and music, and the narration was brilliant. The overall mood was very weird and creepy, great direction all round. There were a few editing errors, flashes of greenscreen, etc, but overall this is just stunning, stunning work. Tres, tres bien!

«Great movie excellent camera work and editing also a very good script.
Also very good narration.
Very good set design also.
The only problem i had was the subtitles being white blended in some scenes where you could not read them maybe red or blue subtitles would have worked better.
Over all a great job.»
