«As TheReviewer has said, there is a lot of emotion in this movie which comes across very well in the voice acting. I should point out here that I don't speak French, but the intonation and nuance carry through the subtitles. Scenes of the battle were riveting. The right mix of close ups and wide action shots to hold my attention right the way through. Nice to see the explosions weren't over the top and as somebody else has mentioned, the lighting for the battles is just perfect. Still trying to figure out how you got the crowd shots in this. It's something which is difficult to accomplish in my preferred medium 'Moviestorm'.
My only minor complaint here is that some of the actions could have been done a little better. An example is the shot of two riflemen standing together that seem to be moving in time with each other. Scenes of soldiers (and Sophie) running also seemed a little puppet like. This is minor and probably something to do with The Movies and doesn't subtract at all from what is a very, very good movie.
