Wally Pinhead in Entry Level
«Clever, funny and entertaining.
Abysmally paced and thinks it's funnier than it is.
Every joke is dragged out to the extent that it forgets what's funny (I didn't know jokes could have alzheimers).
From about 5 minutes to the end is a torture that would be most effective in Guantanamo. Self indulgence as a torture - 8:20 - a pair of shoes in a bra .. that's what I'm talking about.»
«Lol, great stuff Ken. Loved the opening sequence, the way it dragged on and on was really well done. And the clock with no hands was a superb idea, got a chuckle out of me. The big standout throughout were the facial expressions. How Pinhead goes from bewildered, to even more bewildered, to hopeful, to utterly dejected, then back to bewildered again. What a terrifying world it must be for Wally Pinhead when you have crazed loonies like Dulci on the loose... I did think in the second half of the movie (after the opening credits) the pace dragged slightly. It worked really well in the opening interview sequence but afterwards I think the pacing needed to step up slightly. Nonetheless I really enjoyed this. You've obviously spent a lot of time animating this and trying to get it right, and it's definitely paid off. Just a shame you can't enter it. Ah well...
Anyway, great movie, thanks for letting me be a part

«Oh man, from the opening titles I knew I was in for something 'interesting'
Loved the use of facial expressions, subtle, realistic and very appropriate for the most case. The wide eyes kinda creeped me out, a little bit like how you feel about Kenny G, but that's neither here or there.
For the most part, I felt like i was watching something by TR3, I guess you can call that a compliment? Very surreal at times but very entertaining indeed.
Nice use of music and I loved the dulci touch haa! no words are required. Nice! it definetly is on. I hope you revive me in your thoughts now
«I set out to watch this but unfortunately I had some sort of 70's acid flashback. I'll have to try watching it again later once I come down. Too bad you couldn't have made a movie of what was playing in my mind as it consisted of a nerdy tiny man encountering some surreal events while hip music played in the background. Oh yeah, and there was a giant chicken and Dulci, except she was not the wholesome individual I always imagined her to be. Then the trip turned bad and there was something, that for me was very, very disturbing. »
«Really loved the whole opening with the interview. Great sound and timing. Pinhead's expressions were very cool.
After that, I see Ken finally inhaled while puffing down on fruity dro. lol
Bizarre and slightly disturbing stuff that I simply couldn't stop watching. Dug the tunes and well as Dulci's entrance.
Also, making fun of Dulci when she had bronchitis is just wrong...but it does score ya a point.
Ken (2) Dulci (2).
Fun stuff Ken.
«This was just plain weird (not that theres anything wrong with that). Like a Art house flick from '78 where the director conjured up some dream sequence he remembered in those few moments when he wasn't on the nod. In fact, the whole production is very very Abel Ferrara. Or perhaps Ken Russel. I wonder what Ferrara would have done with a monk in a chicken suit....»
«Wait a minute! This is just a sexploitation film! But as such, I have to admit that chicken looked mighty fine. Oops, I hope I didn't spoil the film for anyone. Speaking of spoilers, the cast in your film description kinda ruined the wonderful surprise at the end. Great fun here, Ken, and best of luck to you with this entry.»
«The emotional quality was so well done, it conveyed brilliantly onto the screen making where the audience could comiserate with Lil Pinhead. I knew Monk was into chickens...literally. A fun film, entertaining is a definite, and memorable.... It has somewhat of a Jerry Lewis quality about it.
«WOW the Chicken was FANTASTIC!!!! Just superb, the feathered Star of the Show!!!!! Unbelievable! You would think that the Chicken was right there in the Room with you! Move over Avatar... there's another CGI Hero in Town!!!! I cant wait to see the Chicken in his next Iclone Movie.. How you gonna keep him down on the Farm after the Chicken Soars above all others in this otherwise forgetable film.... Watch it... Watch it NOW, some actors come and go.. But the Chicken is HERE TO STAY!!!!»
