I'm planning a 6 part series Columbia, an old mining town near Sonora, Ca. Lots of fiction with some real events that took place there the later part of the 19th century. I hope it turns out to have lots of depth to the story.
«A beautiful and sumptuous production. It had me drooling over the sets, props and costumes.
The story is too simple and loosely constructed for my taste, with far too much verbal exposition setting up an obvious outcome - more of a vignette than an episode. That said, I can't get away from the fact that it was very nicely done. I just wish there was more depth to it all.
«That was an excellent production, Greg! I loved the small details (opening the watch, pouring the drink, etc) as they can really make a difference in these films. Really well done! It looked and sounded (and felt) quite real! Quite an achievement!
